forced to abide by the standards her BoE put in place. She seems to believe that she is the ultimate authority here.

I create all of my own curriculum but do so under the authority of my Principal and the rules my board has adopted. Luckily in Math and Physics, no one ever questions what I am doing. But I also never do anything that would draw questions.
