and things may very well be bad this year, but:

you have winnable games: USCe, NMSU, Vandy and Auburn. I'm convinced that Arky can also be had on the right day. Does that mean we'll win them all? No. And Arky could throttle us, but they're a bit mercurial.

We overreact to a turd of a game against KState, but we should've been better than that game indicated. Maybe not good enough to win, but better.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
