Federal Judge appointed by the President. He was put in an administrative law slot by the Federal Judiciary. Magistrates are emplaced through a simple vote of actual Federal Judges. That said, the intersection and cooperation, collusion and conspiracy between government and media is the hallmark of a fascist regime.
