Recruit. Anyone who thought this would be a quick turnaround should have their head examined. People have been spoiled by Pinkel quarterbacks and he basically had Brad Smith in his pocket when he came to MU, then got Chase. That is 8 years of good QB play. It normally doesn't work like that.
