misleading, especially with a free Covid year available for everybody. The old designations need to be chucked. All that matters is years since eligibility clock started (for NFL draft eligibility) and how many years of NCAA eligibility are left. So, Cook = 3rd year since elig clock started (can go pro after this year) and has three more years of NCAA eligibility (including this year)
