and no one is entitled to a certain price for someone else’s property. there is no such thing as gouging. “gouging” is a political cudgel used by those who are ignorant of rights and economics and by those who wish to destroy rights and property in order to have control for themselves. market signals will demonstrate if price is too high or too low, which results in the efficiency of allocation of resources.
