Do I even need to respond to the comparison you made?

I've read multiple stories from troops on the ground all over Afghanistan, including Special Forces, that said the Taliban were incredibly tough fighters. Living without air conditioning or Nike trainers was never a problem because they never had them in the first place.

The average angry Capitol rioter was either too old, too fat, too weak and/or not courageous enough to fight the US military, which, by the way, they didn't at the Capitol. What they did that day was akin to Pearl Harbor.

You wouldn't call the Japanese tough and courageous for Pearl Harbor would you?
