What if they're wrong? Any chance that the MHP is walking into a trap where he or she will be raped, robbed or beaten? Any chance at all?

What is the definition of a mental health professional? What sort of education, training and certification do they need to go into the ghetto where a large man thinks he's a dog and is barking at people and peeing on fire hydrants?
