reading random stories over the years.

Chicago has one of the strictest gun control laws in the country and yet we're constantly seeing stories about shootings there, such as the 60 reported for last weekend.

Per this story, gun crimes have been going up there:

But I am open to you making a case that stricter gun control laws help reduce crime. Do you believe that, or want to make that case?
