I do know

1. He never proposed eliminating any departments
2. He never proposed any significant cuts anywhere

Government spending increased under him, even more than government revenue increased (excluding the stimulus)

Yet, we have all these people, including Razor, that believe he wants to reduce the size and influence of the government.
