But inappropriate behavior you do not make clear in word and actions is inappropriate gravitated to acceptability. If being tardy to class is against the rules, but when it happens repeatedly and without proper excuse there are never consequences, it soon will become seen as acceptable behavior.

And subculture consists of just that. Wholly unacceptable behavior that moves to pockets of normalization because it is allowed to continue without consequence.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
