Our culture is unraveling, and IMO it is unstoppable without some kind of divine intervention. We are sliding down the edge of a razor blade and there's no stopping until we fall off the bottom of it.
I should add, the stoppage of this kind of behavior must come from the top. We need political and cultural leaders who are not rude, insulting, crass, condescending, and vulgar. We must refuse to tolerate that kind of behavior from our "leaders". And yet, millions of Republicans not only tolerate it but applaud it on the grounds that "he fights."
