teams aren't taking chances on many projects straight out of HS in the early rounds. Horn was never considered a first or second round pick, and the way those rounds went he'll likely fall quite a bit further.

None of that has anything to do with Mizzou. Thinking any of that is proof that he's getting paid to play here or MU is covering a signing bonus or something is just ignorant.
