Scotts are men, who know that they're men, who act like men but have a historical custom of wearing kilts that resemble in some ways dresses worn by women in other cultures.

Trannies are men with mental disorders who identify as women, believe they are women and expect everyone else to treat them as women. Many take hormone therapies to make them look and act more like women. Some also have surgeries, including but not limited to having their genitals cut off. They insist on using women's restrooms and showering with women in public facilities, and playing on women's sports teams.

If you still insist you can't see the difference, I really can't help you.
