The Scotts developed the kilts as an adaptation to living in the highlands. They were warm & were better than trousers for marching through damp & swampy areas. They were men who acted like men and they weren't dressing up and pretending to be women.

Male trannies think they're women & may cut off their genitals &/or take female hormones to "transition". Drag queens try to dress up provocatively as women often engaging in a variety of other perversions.
