pregnancy, but aborting in such a case won’t be banned.
There is legit concern though for pregnancies that are risky for the mother, yet not emergency. Heard a story on the radio of an example where an older lady (like 39) did a genetic fetal test due to her age. Baby had gross abnormalities, a condition where the baby would either be born stillborn or only live a few hours. Due to her age and no chance or baby survival, though it wasn’t an emergency, she decided to abort.
I think she was at like 15 weeks or so. In some states she would be precluded from aborting, which seems absurd.
