I do blame it more so on Alden. Kim is when our program became a joke and sunk to the level it will never recover from. I don't blame him for being unable to do a job he couldn't do, but I do blame him for not stepping aside after the first season when he realized he couldn't do the job and for simply driving the program into the ground and blaming and fabricating excuses. Unfortunately in a situation like this there is a lot of blame to be dispensed around.
