a western league. Each with four divisions of 8 schools that reside in close proximity.

Collective bargin the media rights for all 64 programs in the league.

Each division winner advances to the playoffs. 16 teams in the playoffs.

Each school plays 7 division games. A game with a team from each other division in one half of the league. And two teams from the other half of the league.
