You're going to be going up against a well funded legal defense from Amtrak, so letting people know you have that expertise may seem scuzzy but in reality, here, it's probably very helpful to people picking up the pieces from a horrific situation and not knowing where to turn.

What's also funny is that in just about any other profession, people are unabashed about seeking referrals, without in 95% of professions, any ethical boundaries. Realtors, financial people, etc.
