along with Cal & Stanford, IMO.

That leaves Arizona, Arizona State, Colorado, and Utah, to get to 16 members.

They could also add SDSU, Nevada, New Mexico and Memphis, to get to 20 members (if that's what the B1G and SEC end up expanding to).

So many scenarios. There's no "rules" anymore.
