a permanent opponent. For a variety of reasons including TV inventory attractiveness. I like the four game OOC if the SEC continues to schedule its share of garbag3e OOC games like Charleston Southern, The Citadel etc. The only way the SEC can truly prove its superiority and number of "playoff" berths is by playing and beating decent teams in the other major conferences. Playing mostly each other and garbage FCS type games proves nothing.
