become successful as they do things differently than other teams, which is diversity (especially of thought). People who only think in terms of diversity in what you see are not the smartest out there.

Diversity of thought is what leads to change, (for better or worse), but those that become better is what leads things to be better.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
