no firearms for everyone. Realizing that there is a use for arms, they would be heavily regulated to the point you would only have access to those arms when needed and documented....hunting, and basically target practice.

Otherwise, the guns would be locked up in a government approved location (local sheriff's station, shooting range, etc.

BTW..I do not agree with that, but it would be the only feasible way to essentially eliminate crimes with guns
