Just like they track all the people on probation, right? And they enforce all those orders to stay away from places like where you shoplifted from etc. LOL
If crazy people are not taking their meds it will be obvious and we dont need a government program to tell us they didnt take their meds.
If old people cant remember to take their pill they probably need to have some support around them instead of being left alone.
This is much more likely to be used in conjunction with a social credit score and whether a person is taking whatever med du jour has been mandated. They dont care if grandma is taking her heart pill. They care whether your 11 year old has taken their mandated government drug therapy.
