Currently your doctor gives you a prescription and you either take it or you don't. Your doctor may ask if you are taking your medicine and you tell them or you don't. It is between you and them.

Now there is a pill that will report whether you a re taking it. So who exactly is that for? And when did taking a pill become something that needs to be documented?
