alabama, ohio state, georgia... sure whatever.

overrated:
- utah
- ND
- aTm (i think they're getting a recruiting class hype bump but they won't actually see the benefits for another 2 years)
- michigan
- usc (see aTm above)
- okie lite

underrated:
- oklahoma (when all is said and done they'll still probably win a weak b12)
- LSU
- cincy (they won't replicate last year but Luke Fickell is building a respectable program)
- kentucky
