Supreme Court.Barrett is the least experienced justice confirmed to the court since Clarence Thomas, who was and still is unqualified to be there. The man has had decades where he didn't even ask questions during sessions. Barrett couldn't even recall more than three cases she had worked on in private practice...justices usually have to provide a minimum of ten for review. She had never been a judge at any level until 2017, and hadn't even worked on any significant pro bono cases. She also lied in her nomination hearings that she had no intent to challenge Roe as precedent, which apparently she now does. Kavanaugh had never shown the temperament to be a judge, and that temperament was clear in his nomination hearings. He intentionally withheld materials from the Judiciary Committee in his 2006 hearings for confirmation to the DC circuit, and those documents only came to light during his 2018 SCOTUS hearings, and not because he released them to the committee. He has not shown the integrity to even be a judge, much less a Supreme Court justice.
