one is the Great Replacement and one is White Genocide.

The concept of a cabal of Jews trying to eliminate the white race is White Genocide Theory.

The concept of importing people to a country in order to dilute voters and/or power of the majority is Great Replacement Theory.

They are tangentially related and there are likely those that believe both to be true. However, belief in Great Replacement Theory does not depend on belief in White Genocide Theory.
