as are the traveling rules, which are almost never called. Block almost always goes against the defender, no matter how hard the offensive player crashes into him. The 25 second rule takes away most strategy. The NBA game boils down to something like a game of Horse from beyond the three point line. They are amazing shooters, and amzaingly athletic, but the game itself is almost unwatchable, as far as I'm concerned.
