I think there is a place to draw a line and that line becomes when a fetus is viable outside the womb. Typically around 5 months. It may be arbitrary but it is also a compromise in the question of who's rights are pre-eminent; the mother's to do as she wishes with her body or the fetus that's not even aware of its own existence. That line has basically been the basis for most existing abortion laws and should remain so as forcing a woman with a 1 month old fetus to carry it to fruition is overreach and that's an understatement.
If some of the misogynists on this forum would actually try to imagine for a moment what it might mean for a woman, who may have been coerced by her boyfriend (who has no responsibility) to have sex (or even raped), to be forced to bear a child and go through all the physiological changes required not to mention the financial burden, they might be a little more realistic. The state can now force mothership on people but it remains essentially unwilling to assist in the financial burden, health care, and does nothing to hold the other party (the male) accountable in any way.
