I am using their numerous bites of the recent past, including their confirmation of Obamacare.

And these same justices that voted for this cases also wrote of the opinion that they should have heard cases in regards to the last election. (Clarence Thomas talked about that).

They have been fully behind the vast federal government expansion in the last 40 years. And you think this case is a signal for that change. It is not
