what about if a Roe-like amendment were ratified? would that be an "unconstitutional" constitutional amendment?

not arguing either side really, i just find it legally interesting.

i'm probably somewhere in the middle of this issue and think abortion should probably be legal up until 16 weeks or so and then illegal after that outside of some particularly defined circumstances.
