brutally kill their child, even if the child was conceived by a brutal rape.

Again, studies have shown that women are not consoled by killing their own children after a brutal rape. Most women decide NOT to have an abortion when they conceive after being raped. Of the small minority who do go for an abortion... often after being pressured by others to do so, most consider it another violation as bad or worse than the rape itself and deeply regret it for the rest of their lives.
