but none of this or the NIL **** makes sense to me so I wouldn’t be surprised if there was some sort of workaround. It is the NCAA after all.

I do think you can still transfer but not have immediate eligibility, so if one of those guys were going to go somewhere where they wouldn’t start immediately anyways, it wouldn’t be a deterrent
