I've said what I have to say about the hire... now I'm going to try my hardest to be patient for 2 years while Gates tries to right the ship.

I'll be rooting for him to do that. If he succeeds, I'll happily eat crow. If he doesn't, then we'll have a new BB coach and AD in a few years.
