recruits really do visit the board, as many have claimed.

I've said all there is to say at this point.

It's up to Gates to prove skeptical fans like myself wrong, and I sincerely hope he does.

I'll be rooting for him from this point on, and will try to be patient (i.e. 2 years, which I think is enough time to rebuild a *basketball* program these days).
