program with good facilities and up util the last decade a good basketball history. If we heard no fifteen times before landing on this guy then we were obviously trying to low-ball people.

Very few mid-major coaches make $1M per year. I'm sorry I dont believe that we can find no one willing to take this job when it triples their current salaries.
