"worthy" of the protections they are given. But that doesn't mean they should not still receive them. Start limiting 1st Am. rights of the press and you won't like where it ends up.

Sadly, Fox News has the opportunity and the market to be a counterweight, but they fill their three primetime hours with propaganda that is just as bad and just as false on the other side of the spectrum. Our founders constructed a wonderful system, but they didn't anticipate the way the press would be corrupted once it became primarily a for-profit enterprise rather than a truth-telling one.
