Folks are being as anxious as teenage girls waiting for an invite to prom.

First it's Fire! Fire! Fire! Gotta get rid of this guy and get someone better.

Then it's about a day or two of speculation and folks are ready to commit to the first new thing that looks shiny.

I always wondered why divorcees got remarried so fast, as if they can't stand the risk of being alone....I think I'm seeing that in our coaching search too.
