but one 4-star recruit isn't going to make or break the next coach. The next coach should be getting recruits of Shaw's caliber regularly--and if they aren't, then why'd we fire the last guy?

Obviously, we'd like to keep him in the fold, but it's not the end of the world if he ends up elsewhere.
