while trying to clean up the swamp.
It is very difficult to run a company when some/many employees are trying to sabotage you and what you are doing. I imagine that it is even more difficult when trying to run a country.
That's giving Trump the benefit of the doubt, but that's what things looked like to me.
He spent a lot of his time fighting the media, the Democratic Congress and even people in his own administration.
