simple as temporary swollen lymph nodes.

And this small group of people could be made up of those who constantly visit the doctor for every little thing.

For some reason I can't post links on TV at the moment. But there is an article called
"Doctors becoming overwhelmed by constant visits from 'frequent attenders'. The study shows that a small percentage of the population make up 40% of all visits.
