Ben Jacobsen of Northern Iowa. Not flashy but always fields good teams that improve over the season. Consistent. Affordable. Paid his dues. Made the tournament with some success. Knows the Midwest. Only issue is ability to recruit at this level- an issue with any mid major.

We did well with a coach from Northern Iowa once.
