Constitution that were not there. That was a politically motivated decision.

The point that the idiot made and with which ummm agreed, was that they have done it in every single case, ever.

Some cases were wrongly decided in my opinion. That doesn’t mean that stuff was made up.

It may mean the justices made mistakes, or it may mean as you just showed, they did make things up out of whole cloth to legislate from the bench rather than interpret the constitution.

And by the way, if two reasonably intelligent people have different interpretations of a law or part of the constitution, that doesn’t mean that either of them, “made stuff up“ as alleged by Pinkel and affirmed by ummm.
