Seriously, every single case before the Supreme Court had made up stuff by the justices… Literally, every single one.

Wouldn’t that invalidate the decisions?

Were the made up things material to the case or just superfluous things the justices threw in there for giggles?

Did every single justice in every single case before the Supreme Court in the history of our once great nation make up stuff, or just some of them?

Were things made up only by the justices who decided the case, or where there made up things and they dissents as well?

How come no one ever noticed this before? We’ve been a country for hundreds of years, and finally you have determined that in every friggin case before the Supreme Court of the United States, the justices just made stuff up.

And how do you know that they made stuff up? Maybe they were just wrong? They aren’t as smart as you are. Certainly not as smart as the village idiot.

You know the minds of each and every supreme court justice ever. Living and dead, you know that things that they said in the supreme court cases were made up. But you offer no evidence whatever.
