It's pretty simple why the discussion is better over there.

By far the biggest reason the discourse is better over there is because you don't see any double or triple handles just trolling. The $10 a month membership weeds that out. Nobody is going to spend that just to troll.

It's also nice to have a mobile site and app where you can actually easily read the forums on your phone. Tigerboard is stuck in 2007.
