LA getting the paddleboarder to come ashore so they could arrest him.

He was several hundred yards from the nearest person, he was called to shore, surrounded by cops and then hauled into a patrol car and carted off to jail. The only place in that sequence where he was 100% safe was out on the water.

That image is to the pandemic what the tank guy was to Tiananmen Square. I think I will always remember it.
