in regards to the spying on Trump when he was a candidate?

I thought this was already proven to happen, an it was "approved" by the FISA courts. Or is this something new?

I generally don't care per se, because the problem is the legalized spying that goes on per the Patriot Act (amongst other various laws and judicial approvals) and the problem is the laws, not the individual incidents per se.
