it's by intent or his own senility/stupidity, he's doing a great job of it. And if he succeeds in getting his "Build Back Better" bill passed in Congress, that might be the final straw. You'll see hyperinflation akin to what has happened in Venezuela and other South American countries. Our economy will tank. Our enemies will pounce. And the stupid people who voted for him will be left wondering "What the fuk happened?" Of course, then they'll either blame the Republicans for not doing enough to stop him or celebrate the new Peoples Republic of America.
