And leftist Administrators and teachers are to blame....they helped create this Cesspool with their Fantasy Idea's that people will out of the goodness of their hearts follow the rules and do what is right.

This incident is exhibit A: Nobody made a move to help, and everyone just was disengaged. People are not born Good....or with loving hearts for people outside their Family and Friend structure.
